Shipping & Returns

In which areas are products shipped;

We ship products throughout Greece, Cyprus and Europe using courier service.

What is the shipping cost;

For orders over 60€ shipping is free throughout Greece. For orders under 60€ the shipping cost is 3€. The cost of shipping may change depending on the weight and volume of the parcel. The above prices relate to products up to 2kg.

If you hurt with cash on delivery there is an additional charge of 2€. Footnote: orders over 100€ are served only with discount (bank deposit or card payment).

Delivery Time:

The usual delivery times are as follows:

Land destinations: 1-3 working days
Island destinations: up to 3 working days
Inaccessible areas: up to 5 working days
Deliveries of products are made on weekdays except holidays. On weekends there are no deliveries.

Can I return a product;

We send to your place a person from the cooperating Courier where he brings you the new product and at the same time receives what you want to return. The procedure will cost 7€ (the transition cost,the return cost and the cash on delivery). Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase as long as the product and its original packaging are intact and there is the retail receipt or in case of a gift the change card. To proceed with the process send us an email to where you will write us the product code, the reason for the return and your details. Refunds are made within 20 days from the date we receive the product. The refund is made to an account that you indicate to us. Attention, shipping, return and cash on delivery costs are not included in the refund. Returns are not accepted for items that are on discount.

I received a defective product. What do I do;

We do everything possible for the products to arrive to you in perfect condition. If nevertheless you receive a defective product or the product is not the one you ordered, please send us an email at, and we will bear the return costs (excluding the cost of cash on delivery) and will send you a credit code of equal value to the returned product, which you will be able to redeem in a subsequent purchase. The electronic credit voucher that will be sent to you can be used within six (6) months.

Do I bear the cost of return;

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, the return costs are borne by you. If the fault is ours, that is, if you received the wrong product or defective product, then the return costs are borne by us. Cash on delivery costs are non-refundable.
